I am 42 had two kids and nursed them both. 6 weeks ago I had a BR/lift with small implants since than I wore a surgical bra 24/7. Is it already safe to sleep without bra? Or will that chance my results to ever sleep without bra again?

What did your surgeon say?We recommend no sleeping without a bra for 4 weeks and no sleeping face down on your tummy for about 8 weeks.Check with your surgeon to be sure your are following his/her instructions. Answer: Sleeping without a broad is generally okay six Weeks after breast reduction .You should receive postoperativeInstructions from your own surgeon. In my practice patients would be permitted to sleep without a broad six weeks after the operation.
