After 3rd nose surgery I have dents on the nose, where the bones were broken and pushed together.Dr.tells me,in this area the skin is attached to the bones (he mentioned that the bones are supplied that way)and that he can detach the skin from the bone by using a scissor or sth like a sharp stick, since the skin doesn't slide over these dents properly the way it should. To me it looks more as if the bones are pushed inwards too much and the skin falls into these collapsed areas. My possibilities?

Give yourself more time since the swelling will reduce alot within 2 months.
Keep in mind that it takes up to a year for the nose to set completely.
