Deep neck lines and thyroid cyst. Is any improvement possible? (Photo)

your primary physician, neither treatment should affect the cyst as both
treatments are dermal.

Thanks for your question. First your neck lines are prominent, but also very common. It seems that you are very self conscious about them, I understand that completely but is unlikely that people are staring at your lines as much as you think. On a more serious note I would strongly consider getting a second opinion regarding your thyroid cyst. As a double board certified surgeon(Facial Plastics and Otolaryngology) I can assure you that most neck surgeons would not be very comfortable watching a 5cm thyroid cyst. I suspect that is not the main focus of your question, but in my opinion it is certainly a potentially more pressing medical issue. Hope this helps. 

Dear 'Anja B:'You appear to have two lines that are somewhat depressed, with a small amount of fat under the skin. I believe you would get the most results from Ultherapy, because focused ultrasound is able to deliver energy at the greatest depth of all the available technologies, but you could consider a series of radiofrequency treatments such as Pellevé as well. We sometimes inject Botox around the lines in very small amounts, to relax the muscles that are causing them.I would not necessarily agree that the consultation fee in NY is as high as $450.All the best to you!Dr. Clark 

Hi.Botox will help with the lines, but it's only temporary. Ultherapy will even out the bulging seen and help with the overall appearance. 

 Thank you for your question and posting pictures.  You may very well benefit from combination of Ultherapy and Sculptra treatments and possibly Thermitight as a minimal invasive procedure to address your concerns. You would need to have a consultation for precise recommendations.
