I am 33 and have two deep neck rings. I have them since childhood. I feel like everyone is staring at my neck and actually I wear scarf almost every day. I also have cyst in the thyroid (5cm -is not growing so my doctor recommended me to wait with surgery) Is it safe to try fillers/ lasers? I saw different opinions here, such us Dermaplast, Juvederm, Restylane or Fraxel laser or Ultherapy? Is any improvement possible (50--70%)? I wanted to see a doctor but consultation fee in NY is $450.

Ulthera® Ultherapy® laser and/or a neck lift are both excellent ways to lift a mildly drooping neck. Recovery time and budgetary considerations (Ultherapy® being less expensive than surgery) may play a role in many invividuals' decisions.
I do not believe the acne you are currently experiencing is related to the Ultherapy treatment you had last year. I have not seen or heard of anyone having acne as a result of an Ultherapy procedure. The acne is most likely due to another cause and consultation with a dermatologist...
I suggest posting photos , ultherapy tightens skin and in essense then makes faces look thinner as the skin gets more tighter. Fillers help compliment this. You can do a face lift anytime after ultherapy. Best, Dr. Emer.
