Thanks for your question. Most people see an undeniable reduction of fat after a single treatment, and additional sessions may further enhance results. You may start to see results as little as three weeks after treatment, though the most dramatic results tend to be apparent after about two months. The recommended number of treatments depends on your goals and your body, so it's best to have an in-person consultation to find out what will work best for you.

Hello Mark82M,Thanks for your post and photo. When I first looked at your photo without reading your description my aesthetic eye went to your lower abdomen as if it were the area in question, Since your lower abdomen was never treated it looks natural and fuller, but above it there is irregularity to the shape and contour. The great thing about CoolSculpting is that it works, the bad thing about CoolSculpting is that it works. It appears that you've had too much fat in certain areas removed and not in others...thus the irregular contour. The issue may not just be loose skin, but fat removed where you actually want it...or need it.I would get a second opinion from a center that offers both CoolSculpting and surgical liposculpture so you may get a balanced and independent recommendation.Best of luck,Oscar A. Usually 1-2 treatments is enough in my experience for CoolSculpting, but of course patients differ.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons.
