I see a lot of examples of people that had only one or two sessions and got the desired results. I've had three sessions on the upper abdomen only, but there is still pinchable fat in this area. I'm not overweight, i weight about 155 pounds and am 6 feet tall. I'm afraid that if it's not subcutaneous fat, another session would cause loose skin due to a shortage of fat. What do you recommend i do?

Answer: How many CoolSculpting sessions does one need per treated area? Thank you for your question. It is a bit difficult to tell from the pictures alone if the fat is subcutaneous or visceral and how many sessions you would need. Every individual responds differently and some may need more than others. I recommend following up with your provider to re-assess your treatment plan. Regards,

Answer: Do I need another CoolSculpting session? Hello Mark82M,Thanks for your post and photo. When I first looked at your photo without reading your description my aesthetic eye went to your lower abdomen as if it were the area in question, Since your lower abdomen was never treated it looks natural and fuller, but above it there is irregularity to the shape and contour. The great thing about CoolSculpting is that it works, the bad thing about CoolSculpting is that it works. It appears that you've had too much fat in certain areas removed and not in others...thus the irregular contour. The issue may not just be loose skin, but fat removed where you actually want it...or need it.I would get a second opinion from a center that offers both CoolSculpting and surgical liposculpture so you may get a balanced and independent recommendation.Best of luck,Oscar A.
