Hello Doctors, I have a small lower jaw which as a result has caused an annoying overbite; my orthodontist said I should consider having a maxilliofacial surgery to move forward my jaw, but it seems like quite an ordeal, and so I'm considering an implant instead to help strengthen my profile. -- My question is this: I'm a professional classical singer. Could receiving a chin implant in anyway negatively affect my singing?
