My priority is to achieve the biggest aesthetic improvement possible, which definitely means a massive increase in chin volume. Would having all 3 procedures be overkill and give me an unnaturally prominent chin? If so, which one should I skip? I know BSSOs are the most extreme surgery, but since my priority is the best aesthetic outcome I'm not ruling it out on those grounds. Or is my chin recessed enough that I should advance it as much as possible?
