Before pregnancy I had clusters of broken capillaries on my cheeks. During my pregnancy I feel that more have sprouted up elsewhere on my face in random places, and not in clusters. They are small but noticeable. Can I expect these to fade after giving birth or will I need to have laser treatments? Is it true that many people need maintenance treatments because broken capillaries tend to come back? Thank you.

The pictures veins are too small for sclerotherapy. Topical laser, IPL, micorneedle RF and Vein Gogh can all work on these kinds of veins. If the laser that you used did not work then an alternative should be tried.
