The risk of losing nipple sensitivity is small but is not here. More lifting you need, higher the risk. The risk comes from cutting of tissues (and thus nerves as well) to achieve the lift and reshaping. The more aggressive lift you get, more tissues are cut, and higher is the risk of loss of nipple sensitivity. Ultimately it comes down to how much your breasts bother you. Are they bad enough that you would take on the risk of losing nipple sensitivity? Only you can answer that question.

You really do need the lift to reposition your nipples to their proper place. However, there is a risk of loosing some sensation, but it is low. You might get some improvement with minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like ThermiTight.
