Can I ever go braless for long periods of time after a breast lift?

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Wearing a bra is one way for women to take the weight of gravity off their breast skin to prevent sagging. If you have had a breast lift you have had some sagging issues. Wearing a bra as much as possible when you are not reclined helps avoid recurrent sagging. The larger your breasts the more effect of gravity, therefore the greater need for a bra. Wearing a bra or not is your choice but you should be aware of potential issues. Good luck.

After healing from any breast surgery, although it is important to continue to wear support going braless from time to time is no issue at all! Wear that cute top and show off your confidence, but remember to wear support when you can!

Bras help support the weight of your breast so you have less sagging. If you are a very small cup, A or B, you may not need to wear a bra often. However, if you are larger, you still need support, especially with exercise and other activities. Otherwise, you may sag over time due to gravity.

I use Galaflex mesh in most breast lifts these days. The mesh offloads some of the weight of the implant allowing many women to go braless
