It is very difficult to decide to what degree a liposuction of forearm may help you; this can be done with fine cannula but it depends of distribution of fat. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in liposuction, is recommended. Good luck.

I typically do arm liposuction circumferentially and typically at least blend into the proximal forearm and extend distantly into the form as needed based on each individuals unique fat distribution sometimes going all the way to the wrist.

Different plastic surgeons have different levels of skill, experience and philosophies on how the procedure should be done.

Your best option is to go back to your previous plastic surgeon or consult with other providers in your community to see what they have to say.
