Can you apply lotion/oil/Vaseline to an incision which has healed but still has some dissolvable sutures? (Photo)

I had a BA 2 weeks ago. The surgeon used dissolvable sutures & advised me that I wouldn't need to have them removed. I feel like my incisions have healed nicely, however I have found that I can still feel some of the sutures. I would really like to apply some oil/ lotion to my breasts as my skin is a little itchy & dry in some parts, but I am not sure if I should avoid my incision or if it would be okay to rub tissue oil in the area (I have an appointment in 2 days to have stitches removed).
