Anesthesia or local anesthesia during chin lipo? The incision will be underneath the chin.

Londonprincess
I'm planning on doing chin lipo, the fat is directly underneath my chin and there is no fat on my jaw/jawline. The surgeon I met with said it could be done with anesthesia or possibly local anesthesia (and sedatives). This is normal lipo, not smartlipo. The area where the fat is, is approx 1.5-2 cm wide and 2-2.5 cm long. What is the best option and the lowest risk? My concern is if I am awake and I would move my head by accident just a tiny bit, could the surgeon hit a nerve or a big vein?
