I had a rhinoplasty on 26 Oct 2016. Hump removal, tip work, ala flare reduction and osteotomy were performed. I am thinking of having my breast implants removed and a lift performed. My ideal time to go in for this surgery would be mid-december. But is it safe? Can the results of my rhinoplasty be affected?

Answer: How soon after rhinoplasty can I go for a breast lift?
Without knowing your case intimately, it is impossible to say whether or not massage is appropriate. Bottom line, your surgeon is going to know best. Since you are worried, why not give he or she a call to discuss? My guess is that your nose will be fine.Kindly,Kouros Azar
You will probably require a revision surgery with rasping and/or osteotome reduction of the bump. I would contact your initial surgeon for further advice.
If you have soft callous formation or subperiosteal heme, massage can help. Your surgeon can give you a steroid shot to potentially help with this. It may not go away, but it could become invisible in repose.
