Hello! You should see a board certified plastic surgeon in person to get her/his opinion on this. The inner thigh in particular is a tricky area for liposuction contour issues. And harvesting fat from a previous liposuctioned area is also difficult. If there is another potential donor site for fat, that would probably be a better option.
