Breast fat fill requires significant good quality fat and secondary areas are tricky. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hello! You should see a board certified plastic surgeon in person to get her/his opinion on this. The inner thigh in particular is a tricky area for liposuction contour issues. And harvesting fat from a previous liposuctioned area is also difficult. If there is another potential donor site for fat, that would probably be a better option.

Mamachic.    Photos would help, and not sure when your last liposuction procedure was performed. Please remember to allow at least 4 to 6 months for all swelling to resolve before considering more surgery. Also, There may not be enough fat left in your thighs for transfer, since you already have had liposuction twice.  Also it is better to get fat for transfer from an area that has not had liposuction, as the quality of the fat cells are far superior. If you are considering fat transfer for breast augmentation, you may need to consider implants. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
