I am a super healthy 60 year old, weigh 108, 5'2" tall. I'd like to have a fat transfer to breast for augmentation. Does my age, 60, carry a negative risk for this procedure? Will it increase the chances of the fat migrating out of the breast to other areas? I'd like a modest breast increase of one to two cup sizes.

It is very unlikely that you caused harm when this happened to you. Many of our patients have been punched by their kids in their breasts, some pretty hard, and all the fat survived-just keep an eye out on your progress and communicate any changes to your PS.
