Could fat transfer go wrong?

Hello, Can death be caused due to too much fat injected in breast at once? There was a young healthy girl that died on the operating table in Miami Florida undergoing a Brazilian butt lift with a borad certified surgeon. She died from a pulmonary embolism. What could cause a patient to get a pulmonary embolism during surgery?

I don't believe you can achieve the result you are looking for with the techniques you are requesting. You will need a 2 stage surgery including areola reduction and breast tissue release. plus implant based reconstruction. Beware surgeons promising you satisfactory results with fat grafting....

It is very unlikely that you caused harm when this happened to you.  Many of our patients have been punched by their kids in their breasts, some pretty hard, and all the fat survived-just keep an eye out on your progress and communicate any changes to your PS.
