Depending on the individual's desires a breast lift may or may not be required to correct tuberous breasts.  Inferior breast expansion with fat grafting may produce excellent augmentation and correction of tuberous breasts. Areola reduction and a second procedure is optional depending on the size of the breast and areola sought after. Prices should be in the 7-9K range depending on the procedures and type of anesthesia requested. Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions

I don't believe you can achieve the result you are looking for with the techniques you are requesting. You will need a 2 stage surgery including areola reduction and breast tissue release. plus implant based reconstruction. Beware surgeons promising you satisfactory results with fat grafting. You will waste time, money and surgery by doing a procedure that will not get you a reasonable result.

From your photographs it does not appear that mastopexies will be required and the procedure can be accomplished with fat transfer alone. This can only be confirmed with an in person examination. Depending on the size you desire, you will likely require more than one procedure. Generally these run $8-10,000 per procedure
