Could I have compromised my FUE results from masturbating?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Masturbation does not affect your hair.

The aftercare of the hair transplant is a very important stage. You need to avoid sexual intercourse in anyways for the first week of your operation. 

For some reason this question comes up more often than not. It should be fine. More often the question is does masterbation lead to hairless? The answer is still: NO!

In routine hair loss us not associated with masturbation...so I think its safe.. 

There would be no problem with normal masturbation after FUE.  Your hair should be just fine! 

Not to worry, it will not affect growth of your follicles after either FUE or FUT method of donor hair extraction.

This will not affect the outcome of your hair transplant or make you "go blind". As long as you didn't rub against the transplanted area you should be just fine. 

You can masturbate within a day of having FUE aas there should be no impact on your hair.  Working up a sweat is ok
