FUE 3000 grafts 23 days post-op: can I tighten my cap now?

Today is day 23 for my FUE, i have shed around 70% shafts, i have been wearing a baseball cap very losely. I have been only gently touching the transplanted hair while taking bath, my question is if i can wear the cap a bit tight now as sometimes it flies off when i ride bike at the speed of 40 and if i can wear T-shirts now

By 23 days following a procedure the grafts are fully incorporated into the scalp and cannot be injured by wearing a tight hat.However,you should check with your surgeon first as instructions do vary from practice to practice.

At this point the grafts have healed, and wearing caps is not a problem.  Now it is all a matter of time, and nothing you can do will hurt or help the grafts.
