My next appointment with my doctor isn't for a little while so I can't ask him for now. I had rhinoplasty on April 12 and I removed my taping today and there are a lot of pimples on my nose. I believe that the skin on my nose is oily and not dry at all. So can I use Benzoyl Peroxide? It gets rid of acne by peeling the skin. Is it safe to use it? If not, what should I do for the acne?

It is normal to experience a low grade fever after surgery. Your body is trying to heal itself. A temperature of 99.6-100.6 is nothing to worry about. If your temperature goes over 102, then consider calling your operative surgeon.
To my knowledge, open rhinoplasty would not be expected to affect a patient's vitiligo. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can s...
