Is my radix too high? (Photo)

My operation was 5 1/2 weeks ago. My nose bridge was augmented with rib cartilage and my nose looks too long now. Would you consider the radix as too high and will it go down?

How high is the risk of infection after rhinoplasty surgery?

The risk of infection with rhinoplasty is extremely low.  These tissues are well vascularized and heal uneventfully in most cases.  The only risk is when alloplastic implants (not your own tissues) are used.  These which consist of silicone or Goretex can sometimes get infected and extrude.
