Ultherapy to tighten loose hand and arm skin?

Hello, I am 41 years old, in good shape. I noticed that the skin on my hands has become reaaally loose and crepey, and was wondering if Ultherapy can tighten it back up? I recently lost some weight, and I can see the skin on the inside of my elbow hang when I bend my arm in the air. Not a pretty sight...I feel like my hands really age me, there are veins popping everywhere to boot. I had tried a filler on my hands before, they ended up lumpy and the filler looked white under the skin.

we haven't had great results going off label with ultherapy (it's approved for face, neck and chest)  but if you find a great provider and practice it might be worth a try. Remember there are fillers we can use for the hands as well to give them volume and that's highly successful- just another option to think about.

For body areas with little or no subcutaneous fat (lie the hands), a skin tightening radiofrequency treatment such as Viora® are the current gold standard. Ultherapy® can be used to lift/tighten the arms, and protocols are being improved daily.

Although ultherapy is FDA approved for Face and neck originally, we've used it elsewhere with some success.  The results are moderate, but since the treatment in the right hands is very safe, it's reasonable to consider it for off face treatments.

Thank you for your question. Seems that you had Radiesse injections in your hands. Ultherapy is a good option for hands and elbows, however best results are typically combinations with fillers. You may benefit from a bioactive fillet like Sculptra which I like for hands better than Radiesse. Of course need to be seen in person for evaluation and precise recommendations.
