Severe asymmetry - can I fix this and achieve an E cup? (Photos)

Hello Doctors, I need a second opinion after a consultation for my breast asymmetry. I am 23 and feel trapped. My Stats: • Height: 5'10" • Shoulders: 17.5" • Current: Asymmetrical 36H and 36C/D. My Problem: I had a consultation about a reduction (on the H side) and an implant/lift (on the C/D side). However, the surgeon I saw suggested a C/D cup as the goal. She said she fears that going any larger on the reduction side would mean the incisions might not close properly. I am 100% certain I will be unhappy with a C/D cup. My aesthetic goal is to be "big," and on my 5'10" frame, a C/D will look far too small. I cannot go on with my asymmetry, but I also cannot go through surgery for a result I already know I will hate. My Questions: 1. My goal is an E cup. Is this an unsafe or impossible goal for a reduction from a 36H? 2. How common is this fear about incisions not closing? Is a C/D truly the limit for healing, or could this be specific to one surgeon's technique? 3. Are there other techniques that could safely achieve a larger size (like an E) while still correcting my asymmetry? Thank you
