Thinking of revision to lengthen, can you tell how many mm up it was taken? (Photos)

I under went a primary rinoplasty about 8 months ago. I’m extremely unhappy with the results and want to try and do a revision. I really hate how short he made my nose snd I’m wondering if anyone can tell me form the photos how many millimeters up he took it? Thank you so much!
