I under went a primary rinoplasty about 8 months ago. I’m extremely unhappy with the results and want to try and do a revision. I really hate how short he made my nose snd I’m wondering if anyone can tell me form the photos how many millimeters up he took it? Thank you so much!

It is hard to tell anything from your photos, but if you feel that your nose was overrotated it can be brought back down some in a revision rhinoplasty. It is very important to see a surgeon with a lot of experience in revision rhinoplasty for consultation.

Please consider re-asking your question with before and after photos that contain your entire nose. Based on the limited photos, you do not necessarily have an over shortened nasal appearance. There is not enough information from your photos to provide meaningful advice. Dr Joseph
