Is it okay to have a revision rhinoplasty 6 months post primary? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago and I don’t like the shape of it i want to restore some of its length and also restore some of the bridge. My doctor said it’s okay to have it at 6 months as my healing was good. I need to know if it’s okay and also if the procedure of restoring the length is hard i only want the droopy tip back as it gave me identity

Hi @qingjames888! I recommend seeing a revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. During surgery the area can be smoothed over with the help of piezo surgery and other techniques. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Your nose's strong projection at the tip and the sharp point together suggest that the surgeon wasn't skilled enough in de-projecting the tip -- bringing it back closer to the face. It does appear that the tip is over-projected. It's possible that getting the tip back into a better position...
