Hate the tip, very round, & would like to take graft out - what would this do? (Photos)

I have a round tip graft on the end of my nose. I would love to take it out. What does this do? Will it be more like my old nose tip just without the tip graft in in? Will it make the nose even smaller or can the skin just be there without the trip graft? I love the way my nose hung down a bit pre surgery. The last photo is pre sugergy
