Male, 25. I had a septo-rhinoplasty done in early 2021 for breathing issues. A cartilage graft on side of the nose was done to add support which made it asymmetrical. Open revision rhinoplasty was done in Nov 2021 followed by closed revision in Sept 2022, to address the bump (same surgeon), but it is clearly still there. Can it be fixed? I am very unhappy and conscious about the appearance of my nose now. Any advice is highly appreciated.(Dark patch pictures=Today, Green=Before any procedures)
