1 year post horizontal reduction genioplasty, chin looks bigger and bulkier in portrait view (Photo)

I had a horizontal reduction genioplasty in September 2022, done through an intraoral incision. While there has been a significant reduction from the profile view, from the front my chin looks bigger and bulkier, with significant tightness in the chin. Which is causing me some distress and discomfort.
