I had a horizontal reduction genioplasty in September 2022, done through an intraoral incision. While there has been a significant reduction from the profile view, from the front my chin looks bigger and bulkier, with significant tightness in the chin. Which is causing me some distress and discomfort.

You have a somewhat recessive chin in the photos so a sliding genioplasty or chin implant will provide greater facial balance to your lower face. The central projection point of your chin would improve as well. Either procedure works.
