Revision breast lift + asymmetry/nipple correction + implants?

I had a breast reduction + lift a few years ago and I’m really unhappy with the results. I have noticeable asymmetry (my nipples are uneven), visible scarring, and I’ve lost a lot of volume over time. I’m looking into a revision, ideally a secondary lift with implants for volume. Is it realistically possible to correct nipple position and asymmetry in a revision like this? And would this typically be done in one surgery or staged?
