Asymmetric Hypertrophy Breast Reconstruction - what size and profile should I consider? (Photos)

I had juvenile hypertrophy, I had a Breast reconstruction in 2010, having a mastopexy / anchor scar on one side and areolar scar on the other. In 2018 I experienced a rupture and had a explant and replacement. I have natrelle salene mod profile. Im 5'11 170. Current sizes are 540 cc and 640 cc. Im going back for a consultation for a revision, I'd like id like anchor scars on both sides to match. However I'm looking for advice on implant type. I want more fullness on my upper pole area. I'd like more cleavage. I have wide shoulder frame and basically "eat up" CCs. Should I be looking at ultra high profile with the same CCs or UHP only? I have a "bird dog" sternum so my chest is long and protruding. Thanks for any advice!!!
