My right nipple started out lower, and has just dropped more. Do I need a breast lift? (Photos)

There’s a lot going on with my breasts. I had preventative double mastectomy in January 2025, then my exchange surgery with fat graphing in April 2025. My right nipple started out lower, and has just dropped more. My doctor also thinks I have some capsular contracture going on, so I am taking singular and doing daily massage. I see my surgeon tomorrow and we will be discussing if doing a breast lift would be right. If he does a breast lift post mastectomy, is the risk of loosing my nipples high? That’s what scares me the most, but I would really like more simetrical breasts. Is there other things you would fix. I do feel like I have two large balls just sitting out far on my chest. Would more fat graphing help this, or smaller implants? Thanks!
