The type of implant I want doesn’t greatly increase in size-dimensionally but it does in volume. How significant is this?

I am 47, 5’6” and 118 pounds. Also, I am a 34D. Underbust-29.5; current bust 33.5; waist, 23 and hips are 35, if that matters. These body measurements are in inches. I am in excellent physical condition due to diet and exercise, I am not on any medication and I am looking to do this by EOM FEB 2026. I had nipple Sparing, double mastectomy in 2018 and had Natrelle SRX-580 memory gel implants inserted. Decided it would better to have Mentor Enhance-especially since the new cohesive gel are so soft. Would like to be larger—since all I am is implant—and try to get them a little closer together. The base diameter of my current implants is 13.5 cm and the projection is 6.4. They are partialy under the muscle. Overall I have been extremely pleased, but I do want a “fuller” breast. I like the fake look and the SUHE930 is the smallest the enhance line offers. It projects only 7.1 cm but the base diameter is 15cm. I like the dimensions but this implant 350cc larger. That concerns me but only because I am afraid it puts the implant out of my “reach”. I am very interested in your feedback. This projection is only about a quarter inch which is plenty big but the base increase is what I am after. Thoughts, concerns or cautions?
