How to achieve a teardrop shape with round implants?

ive heard that due to gravity the round implants over time turn to appear more like a tear deop ? will low or moderate profile be a better option if i dont want an upper fullness of the breast? any suggestions for a wide chest and active life style? will over the muscle be a better option or it tends to look unnatural ? what about dual plane ?

Your breasts are wider than the chest wall and your implants are very large. The only thing holding up your implants is the skin envelope. You will need smaller implants and plicate the pockets. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
