ive heard that due to gravity the round implants over time turn to appear more like a tear deop ? will low or moderate profile be a better option if i dont want an upper fullness of the breast? any suggestions for a wide chest and active life style? will over the muscle be a better option or it tends to look unnatural ? what about dual plane ?
