Thank you for your question. I have been in practice over 30 years, and revisionary breast surgery is a large portion of my practice. In your case, I would place your implants under the muscle and perform a lift. You are an excellent candidate for this and should be able to have attractive breast. Best wishes to you.

Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and the nipple-areola complexes are pointing downward. You also have excess skin above and very little skin below. At this time, I recommend explantation and breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, which will take care of the capsular contracture, the breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants are be placed if additional volume is desired.
