Capsular contrapture - what are the best options? (Photos)

Practical156542
I have posted about this before, but now my situation has changed. I have a PDMX in January with expanders. Had my exhange surgery with fat graphing in April, and just went in for my 6 month post op follow up. 3 months ago I was put on Singular for possible capsular contracture. It didn’t do much as I was just diagnosed with stage 3 capsular contracture. I’m wondering what my options are. My PS mentioned textured implants, under the muscle implants, or flap surgery. It seems the best option is flap surgery, but the risks and healing from that surgery really scare me. Is there any other options? If my contracture doesn’t get worse, would just filling in with fat be a reasonable choice? Any other options?
