Can I remove remains from polydactyly procedure? (photos)

img53
I was born with 6 fingers on each hand; the sixth finger wasn’t fully developed, it was like a string, no bones just skin. The doctors cut them off when I was born and I was left with a little nub on each hand. I never usually feel them except when they come in contact with something. It just feels like a wart. What approaches could I reach to remove them and what cost would they have? Thank you!
