What can be done for raised tattoo scars burnt by unqualified people who removed my tattoo every month? (Photo)

And gave me scars in return? Raised, white scar after treated by unqualified tattoo removal technician. I took tattoo removal treatment in 2016 at every one month (around 8 sitting). People who treat me burn my hand as they were unqualified. I stopped treatment for 2 years. Now I started treatment again last year (2020 June) for scar removal with a qualified dermatologist. But the problem is when he give me locoid for raised scar skin becomes thin (wrinkles). Without treating the scar it's not possible to do laser. PS.
