Is this scar tissue build up in my nose tip? Could this be treated with steroid injections? (photos)

You need to be examined to be sure. However, you appear to have fairly thick skin which cannot be removed nor should be thinned with steroids.

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars.
