Can I remove built up scar tissue due to botched hairline lowering surgery? (Photos)

What can be done to help? I had a hairline lowering surgery done 4 years ago and have had two scar revision surgeries since. The hair around the scar has not grown back and the scar is quite unsightly; there is also a buildup of scar tissue on both sides of the scar & the shape is odd. I strongly feel that too much skin was taken away and the forehead appears too small more my face now, slightly disproportionate. I'm aware there is not much I can do about this now but I would like to explore the options I do have.
