Thank you for your question and photographs. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum, but from what I can see, it looks like atrophic scarring (indentation). Treatment modalities that cause injury to the skin leading to subsequent collagen formation can be helpful. Treatment options include laser therapy, microneedling, dermapen.
