Does the opposite of orbital decompression exist?

One of my eyes is "normal" and the other eye is much more deeper set. The deeper of my two eyes looks much less better than the other one thats "protruding more". Is there a procedure that does the opposite of orbital decompression to bring the deeper eye out more to match the other?

Yes, there are ways to push out a "sunken eye". The usual method is by utilizing an implant inside the orbit (eye socket). This is very commonly done when someone has a fractured eye socket from trauma, but it is also done for rare instances of tumor reconstruction and other non-trauma reconstructions.  Fat grafting to the orbit can also be done, but it is not as commonly performed as it is theoretically less controlled without direct visualization of the intraorbital structures and one worries about damaging the optic nerve or vessels in the orbit. 
A consultation with an oculofacial plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon, or craniofacial surgeon is your best option, and look for someone who has had prior experience with eye socket reconstruction.

The condition where one eyeball sits deeper in the orbit and appears smaller is called enophtalmos. Reason for this is too large orbit (like after orbital fracture) or, in some cases, smaller eyeball. Some improvement may be achieved placing a bone graft or silicon spacer over the floor of the orbit to decrease orbital volume and push eyeball out. I hope this helps.
