Microneedling on nose - will it help with thickening skin?

Is it possible to micro-needle the nose and tip to thicken thin skin that has cartilage showing through? It works for other parts of the face to stimulate collagen so wondering if it could be done to nose instead of fascia? or maybe in combination with nano/micro fat?
