I had an open rhinoplasty with an alar base reduction 6 months ago. I am 90% happy with the results but the tip of my nose is no longer straight and appears to be angled. I felt that the stitches for the alar base reduction were pulled tighter on one side than the other. Could this have caused the angle? I also think the other nostril is larger than the other now. Is this something that can be fixed by reducing the larger nostril or will I have to go through another rhinoplasty? Thanks!
