I had a primary rhinoplasty 11.5 months ago and up until 6 months, my dorsum was straight. After that, a bump has revealed itself. I had a f/u appt with my surgeon and he informed me that he could rasp the bump down and this would correct the issue. My question is, based on my photos, does that seem likely to resolve the issue? I have read some things online about rasping potentially leading to an open roof deformity, does that seem likely with the size of my bump reduction?
