I’m 8 months post primary rhinoplasty and I am devastated. I just wanted my dorsal hump reducing to give me a straighter nose. My nose has been over resected, it is scooped, skinny, long and has a shapeless Dorsum. My tip is over projected and very pointy. I have a hard, point at the end of my nose poking through the skin (which turns white). It’s very sharp to the touch and it wasn’t there before. What can be done to help me? I have really thin skin but ican’t live with this nose:(
