8 months post rhinoplasty - what can I do to target over projected nose tip, dorsum, and shape (photos)

Your nose's strong projection at the tip and the sharp point together suggest that the surgeon wasn't skilled enough in de-projecting the tip -- bringing it back closer to the face. It does appear that the tip is over-projected. It's possible that getting the tip back into a better position would make the bridge look a hundred times better, too. If the bridge and the tip are in good relative position, then the bridge might look fine. Some of your photos suggest that the nasal bones weren't brought together, though. Your photo 4 of 6 shows a bridge that seems strong or wide up at the top, at and just below the level of your eyes, where the bridge is made out of bone. That view could probably be improved, too, even beyond what's going on with your tip.
I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. That might help you figure out what needs to be done to get the nose looking in good proportion.
Remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills.
