When is it safe to incorporate far infrared sauna blankets/booths after breast implant removal and lift surgery? I've heard good things about the detox effects as well as other health benefits but I don't have a time frame. I'm 25 days po and my plastic surgeon says he's not familiar with this area and can't answer.
