Do I have enough volume for a breast lift on small, asymmetrical, droopy, possibly tuberous breasts?

I'm planning a breast lift to fix these uneven , sagging breasts and want much smaller areolas, and do NOT not not want implants. do I have enough volume for a lift only, without it resulting in an all visible vertical scar on a very flat chest? or could it still look nice? Im 37 female no kids, currently an A cup maybe very low B. lost 30+pounds earlier in life and have always hated how droopy and uneven they are and how huge the areolas are. thank you!
