Forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, chin reduction & implant, jawline implants, how long from start to finish?

Hello, hope you are well. This is a very good question to be asking when considering the combination of procedures that you have listed. In our practice at The Spiegel Center, it is very common to combine these procedures in a single surgery (forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, and jaw contouring). It is unclear if by "hairline transplant" you mean scalp advancement (also known as forehead reduction) or actual hair transplants (hair grafting). Scalp advancement is readily accomplished at the same time as forehead contouring, whereas hair grafting usually takes place a month or more after primary forehead surgery. The time varies based on the individual case, but 5 hours give or take would be a ballpark estimate depending on the exact procedures that are performed.

Without photos and in person evaluation it would be difficult to give you an answer. In the best case scenario it could all be done in one surgery but it may very much depend of complexity of individual procedures as well as comfort of your surgeon. Once you make decision to proceed with surgery you should discuss this issue with your surgeon and let her/him guide you. Hope this helps.
