What should I do about my mental crease?

I have a major mental crease and fleshy tip of my chin. I don’t know what to do or what to get done.

In many cases, a deep mental crease indicates a chin that is short in the vertical dimension. A lengthening procedure can decrease the depth of the crease and make the chin look more in balance. A few photos would be helpful.
