What's the difference between these three injections? Pros and cons to each? How long do each typically last?

THey all of the same mechanism of action but have different molecular weights. Botox is the heaviest, dysport next, and xeomin is the lightest. Xeomin also does not have a carrier protein so therefore you can not ever develop a resistance to it. We like to use different product in different areas of the face and it depends on the patient. All last about the same amount of time.

Keeping this answer basic and easy to understand, Dysport & Botox are both stronger products lasting 3-4 months. Xeomin is a softer product, lasting about 2 months. Xeomin differs from Dysport and Botox as it doesn’t carry protein additives that the other products do. Though Botox & Dysport are more similar, they vary as Dysport is much more diluted and spreads more than Botox. All three products are great, it is always good to try all 3 as the best products comes down to personal preference.

Dysport, Botox, and Xeomin are all neuromodulators.  They all work to reduce the ability of an injected muscle to contract which leads to the softening of wrinkles.  They all typically last 3-4 months and will wear off gradually.  Some patients report that Dysport results are seen a little earlier than the others.  The number of units needed to achieve the same result also varies with each product, which is usually reflected in the cost of each.  I encourage you to discuss with your injector the product that is best for you.

Botox and dysport are older , I find dysport which is a smaller particle gives nicer results and lasts about 2 weeks longer than botox. As far as you noticing anything , other than the duration they cause about the same level of muscle relaxation. I do not like xeomin it does not last long enough

These products are all similar they are all the same neurotoxin.  The protein carriers vary and the Dysport may work a bit quicker but they all three are comparable.  Speak to your injector to decide which is best for you.
