You can combine a hysterectomy with a breast reduction but you cannot combine a hysterectomy with an abdominoplasty. An abdominoplasty can increase the intraabdominal pressure and can result in possible blood clots.

It is technically feasible to do all these things at one time, but just because it's possible doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do. A hysterectomy should be performed by an OBGYN or Gynecologic Oncologist, whereas a breast reduction and abdominoplasty should be performed by a Plastic Surgeon. Aside from the the coordination difficulties that would create, that plan would also combine an intraperitoneal procedure (hysterectomy) with a suprafascial procedure (tummy tuck) and a breast procedure. Having three surgical sites (four if you count the two breasts separately) increases the risk of complications both intra-operatively and post-operatively. Your safety is always the number one priority.

It’s definitely possible to have those procedures done in one operation.
You are some things to consider.
One is that in order to do a combine procedure with two different surgeons. They both need to have privileges at the same facility and have schedules that allow them to coordinate.
This is sometimes more difficult Than people might realize.
It also requires having two surgeons willing to do this.
Something else to consider is the extent of each procedure and how much time is going to be required.
If you’re having an open hysterectomy, then doing it in conjunction with a full tummy tuck makes perfect sense.
The plastic surgeon that can lift up the skin flap and exposed to abdominal wall, making the hysterectomy, very straightforward and easy for the gynecologist.
Most hysterectomy are done, laparoscopically and transvaginal.
From that perspective and there’s not that much advantage from the hysterectomy perspective. In your paragraph, I suggest you consult with both your OB/GYN and plastic surgeon and ask what each of them has to say.
 A tummy tuck on a very large person with lots of excess skin can be a really big procedure.
Likewise, a breast reduction on a woman with very large breasts can also be a much bigger procedure than someone with modest sliced breast.
All of these things have to be taken into consideration.
There’s no yes or no answer to your question, but in a nutshell, it could be done if everyone agrees and cooperates.
